The Waterman League is proud to announce Hinano’s ‘Stand Up World Tour Contenders’ presented by Moorings amd Starboard. This unique exhibition event will take place at the infamous spot of Teahupo’o in Tahiti and be based out of 2 luxury 46ft. Moorings Catamarans.
As a forerunner to the Stand Up World Tour, this Contenders event will highlight the leading personalities from the Hawaii, Tahiti and International regions in a unique, team based exhibition format. Pitted against each other in some of the most challenging conditions in the world, the Teams will battle it out for the pride of their region and to take the sport to a whole new level. They will also be responsible for establishing the principal guidelines for judging and format for the Stand Up World Tour.

Tahiti Team: Raimana van-bastolaer, Vetea 'Poto' David, Arsene Harehoe, Didier Tin Sim
International Team: Chuck Patterson, Antoine Delpero, Jamie Mitchell Dave Muir
Additional Players: Keali’i Mamala Teiva Joyeux Kai Lenny Patrice Chanzy
Aboard these yachts, the athletes will explore the beautiful islands of Tahiti and push each other to new realms of excellence in what they do and in turn, bring the audience on a ride they will never forget.
